Keosha Poole brings an entrepreneur’s instincts, deep technical expertise, and business acumen to a practical mission: helping businesses turn operational challenges into opportunities for growth.

As the founder of Bold City Consulting, she helps organizations connect their systems, automate time-consuming work, strengthen lead follow-up, and make company knowledge easier to access. Her approach starts with understanding how a business operates—its people, priorities, and everyday frustrations—then building technology solutions that serve those needs.

Her experience spans enterprise technology and grassroots entrepreneurship. Through roles at Shopify and PODS, Keosha has worked with complex business systems supporting sales, service, and internal operations. Her expertise includes Salesforce, ServiceNow, workflow automation, systems integration, and knowledge management, combining hands-on implementation with the strategic judgment to connect technical decisions to business goals.

Her entrepreneurial foundation includes helping co-found the University of South Florida’s Student Innovation Incubator, creating space for students across disciplines to develop businesses and bring ideas to life. That experience continues to shape her commitment to making business resources and technology more accessible, particularly for historically excluded entrepreneurs.

Keosha’s commitment to leadership extends into the community. Her experience includes participation in the Emerge Tampa Bay Protégé Program, membership in Leadership St. Pete’s Class of 2021, and involvement with Tampa Bay Tech’s Emerging Leaders Council. These experiences reflect a career grounded in mentorship, community engagement, and helping others move forward.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and master’s degrees in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies and Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida.
